The challenge
SKIL serves a global market with its power tools. With several product introductions each year, a smart solution was desired: the Manualise content management system.
The solution
Because SKIL already had many manuals in-house, we first made this multilingual content suitable for our CMS. Next, we created templates.
These extensive preparations allowed us to make revisions in various languages within a matter of days. Additionally, when it came to new product launches, we could quickly and accurately provide customised manuals, utilising existing content as much as possible.
